Hi,
me too I have the same issue, :cry: I've just downloading the latest version for testing , and got mass warnings about modules, runing on windows 7 64bit

Unable to initialize module
Module xxxx  compiled with build ID=APINNNNNN, TS, VC9
PHP compiled with build ID=API20090626, TS, VC6.
These options need to match.
