Please make sure the following settings are unchecked in Softaculous Admin panel -> Settings :
"Disable End User Update E-Mails" and "Turn Off all Email to Endusers".

If your users still do not receive the emails please let us know.


did this and run the cron at 50 11 * * *and all i got was the Automatic Cron Updates email, i even asked a client with outdated scripts and he also never got any email
