I think its not a cPanel BUG, The only issue is that  Softaculous is not compatible with new cPanel 11.25.0-C40108.
Just Softaculous need to update their code compatible with new cPanel release.
The downgrade cPanel is not a permanent solution as cPanel will be release cPanel 11.25.0-C40108 as a stable release soon.


There are issues in the incomplete releases of cpanel.
Our scripts are as per their API.
