Backup not completing on primary domain

brijesh,

1. Primary Domain is installed with softaculous.
2. many Add-on Domains installed with softaculous
3. softaculous backup of Primary Domain actually take ALL files in public_html (thus all Add-on Domains too).
4a. does the Primary Domain backup actually have ALL files included necessary to backup ALL Add-on domains?
4b. this is good information to know in case an Add-on domain backup is lost. the Add-on domain could be saved/retrieved/recovered from the Primary Domain backup if a softaculous customer is desperate!
