Backup not completing on primary domain

i did a restore of the primary domain and softacualous bar stayed at 95% for about 20 min. then i got a "Return to Overview" but NO "Successful" message and no email sent.

i did a restore of an addon domain and got successful message and i got an email.

please see attachments.

the background color for my primary domain is wrong. it's the color it was about 6 days ago when i changed it to a new color. this is the only way i can tell it seems the restore did not work?
