Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 39 Status:	hi brijesh, i decided i DO NOT want to do a restore on my Primary Domain. so i feel i'm lucky the restore seems it did not work. as you know, i have allowed Softaculous techs into my Cpanel before. i will allow Softacualous tech in my account now but DO NOT RESTORE PRIMARY DOMAIN. i wish you can go in and see if the Rstore i did on primary domain...if any files were actually restored? but DO NOT RESTORE my Primary or Add-on Domains. all my sites are working. my Primary Domain seems to only have the wrong Background color (brown). i changed the Background color to green about 10 days ago but no other changed to the site. for me, since i don't understand how Softaculous Primary Domain Restore might replace public_html files of the Add-on Domains... just too dangerous to effect 20 other add-on domain sites. so Softaculous Techs can go into my Cpanel to investigate if my previous Primary Domain Restore replaced any files (and then failed as above images imply). but DO NOT run Softaculouss Restore command. there is some confusion at Inmotionhosting whether they have a good backup copy of my account. by now, they might have a bad backup of my account so there is nothing to a Full Data Restoration of my account if something goes wrong. it is too risky right now to be modifying my files. that's why i cancel doing a Primary Domian Restore. if feel lucky and hope my last restore failed. Brijesh, you have to give me your word that you and/or techs only look into my account to look what happened. you CANNOT do a resotore, then i will give you my new password. thank you!
