Mac Applications folder permissions

I have exactly the same problem and I cannot resolve it. every time I want to run or stop  Ampps it asked for my permission. surely there must be a way of overcoming this?

I have also read in another post that you can run Ampps in your Dropbox is this correct and can you access with both Mac or Windows?
