Hi,

We have replied to your ticket.
Your cPanel 3rd party PHP binary is not working. Here is the output :
root@vps1 [~]# /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php -v
root@vps1 [~]#

You will have to recompile the PHP binary and once the binary is fixed Softaculous installation should work fine.
