Hi,

It seems the Joomla package is not downloaded properly on your server.

Can you please ask your host to execute the following commands on the server :
root> rm -rf /var/softaculous/joomla30/

and then execute the CRON command mentioned here :
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/Immediate_update

This should resolve your issue.
