Hi,

We got access to your server with the details provided in support ticket.

It looks like mbstring is not loaded in your php configuration hence you are facing this issue.

Please recompile apache from WHM -> EasyApache with mbstring enabled and then PHPList should work fine.

This is an issue with server configuration.
