cPanel 11.25 = Error uncompressing scripts

But I was in root.. I logged into root SSH. For some reason, it just doesn't delete. I am using "rm filename.zip" command, and they don't delete or it gives an error saying the file doesn't exist. I've tried Update Settings several times and it still doesn't work =(
