Can you please change the IP's for this licence:

also, can you please change the server type from dedicated server to a vps?

Sir, Please dont post your license key in the forums or anywhere on the net. Please email us such requests.

Your IP change is done. You will have to select all scripts in the Admin Panel.
Also You can set it "Is VPS" in Softaculous Admin Panel -> Settings
