I can not Restore Softaculous Backup ! Please Help

I contacted my host through Live Chat support today, they were saying they are using Premium/Pro version of Softaculous.

I give them screenshots that they are using Free Version...

then, they said, they will contact and discuss Senior Admin...

But i think they are cheater , will do nothing...

i am waiting, and if they do nothing i will expose them in all web-hosting forums...
