 Plesk installation gives blank end-user page (6 Replies, Read 8293 times)

Hi all,

I have installed softaculous on my Plesk 9.2 server and whilst the admin area works fine, trying to go to the end user control panel just gives a blank page and all I can see in the logs is:

2010-02-10 17:33:28: (mod_fastcgi.c.2582) FastCGI-stderr: PHP Warning:  unlink(/var/softtmp/bdca4bd2fe4a72d1dbcc525f32aefc95) [<a href='function.unlink'>function.unlink</a>]: No such file or directory in /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/modules/softaculous/index.php on line 68

That file doesn't exist, but I don't think it should stop the page from loading, looks just like a session file to me.

The admin area also generates this error though, yet that works fine!

I've tried reinstalling this already, but still no luck.

Can anyone help?

I am eager to get this sorted and will be buying a licence if/when I can get it working.

Hi,

No, the blank page problem is fixed, but it now gives a MySQL connection error when trying to install applications.

What could be the cause of this?
