Hello,
I have a problem.

I installed Softaculous today in one of my vps servers. I have a premium license but I am having this problem since I ran a Softaculous Update.

Now in WHM, Softaculous shows blank page.

I have done the following things :
1) touch /var/cpanel/usecpphp
2) /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php

Both has failed to fix the issue.

Any advise?

If i need to uninstall & reinstall softaculous, how do i do the uninstall?
What are the commands.

Please give me a list of the commands.

Thanks.

OK I deleted the softaculous folders, and reinstalled.

Seems the issue to have solved.

Same issue here, so it is not isolated.  I will try and delete all and reinstall too.

The autoinstaller that went from version 2.4 to 2.6 wiped it out.  Deleting all and reinstalling solved the issue.

Hi,

To reinstall just delete
the Softaculous folder here:
/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous

Then
run the normal installation procedure for cPanel:
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/install

Dont
worry about losing any data. The datafiles are stored in individual
user accounts
