Autostarting VMs

To avoid collision of VID's and ID's.
In KVM commands are passed to a VM using the VM VID or its ID.
Virtualizor uses the VID to pass a command to the VM so when the number of VMs crosses 1000 then a VM may have VID as 1000 and a different VM may have 1000as its ID and as ID is given preference the command is executed on a different VM rather than the target one, so to avoid collision the prefix 'v' is used.
