If you using CSF firewall, check the errors with this below command first
(CentOS servers)

# perl /usr/local/csf/bin/csftest.pl
# /etc/init.d/iptables status


With your firewall configuration

Allow additionally - IPv4
Incoming TCP ports 

TCP_IN = "5900:7000 "



Outgoing TCP ports

TCP_OUT = "25,80,443"


Allow additionaly - IPv6
Incomming TCP ports

TCP6_IN = "5900:7000"



Outgoing TCP ports

TCP6_OUT = "25,80,443"



# nano /etc/csf/csf.conf    or    # vi /etc/csf/csf.conf  (for CSF)
# nano /etc/sysconfig/iptables    or    # vi /etc/sysconfig/iptables
