Switched from windows to linux, trying to move site from wamp to lamp (0 Replies, Read 3479 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	I am trying to move my site made with wordpress to lamp. But I don't know how I thought I could just copy the folder from my windows www folder to my linux www folder but it's not giving me the permission to do so. What is the proper way to do this? Can I create another www folder outside the usr/amps folder? so I can copy it into there? Can I change permission on the www folder? Or is there a completely other way to do this? Thanks in advice.
