FIRST ISSUE:
The wordpress version showed in webuzo is wrong, is not the same of the real version.
If I go on installation and check true version box and do a search on the domain name I AM able to see the right row but as there are no check box I AM unable to update records.

Check box are missed. There are one check box who not work because have nothing to select (check) all.
You are not getting the upgrade button or the checkbox because the version as per Webuzo records is higher than the real version. If you want Webuzo to check the installation and correct the version of the installation, go to edit installation page and click on the notice on the top of the page. This should resolve your issue.

You can do the same by not selecting any of the check box from the remove installation page and then removing the installation. This shall remove only the Webuzo entry and your files/folder and database shall remain as it is.
