Hi,

It looks like the CRON job to create the auto backup was not deleted hence the backups were created.

Can you please login to the user's account and go to cron jobs and check if there is a cron job which executes cli.php ?

Removing the CRON job should stop the backups from being created.

Also we are sorry about your issue with our support system.

I just checked our support ticket system and I did not find your ticket related to this issue, though I did find some other license issue related tickets which were resolved.

It seems the support ticket was not received for some reason.
