Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We will update the Add domain page not to ask details and try to fetch it.

Regarding your issue with installation from Softaculous Remote if you can open a support ticket we can check it for you.

For the scripts not available in your cPanel if you have admin panel access you can enable the scripts from WHM -> Plugins -> Softaculous Admin panel -> Software :
