 SSH user and password, I Can't login as user with SSH password (4 Replies, Read 10720 times)

Greetings to all,

This is my first post to this wonderful forum.  :D   I can login into my server using Administrator user name and password without any problem.

I then went and created a user account using FTP from my control panel.  Now when i try to login with the new created user is when the problem start.

I have try everything i know to fix this problem, which is not much  :xd:   and noting is working.

The problem is the same SSH client i use to login as Administrator is not working for any other user login, the SSH client just keep asking for the user password over and over and over, So now i am here looking for some help.

nice to hear you here in the Forum, and... thank you for your post!

Please remember Webuzo actually is a single user panel so as SSH access you will have just one user.

Hi,

We welcome you to our Webuzo family and our forums !

Have you created a FTP user from the panel ?

If yes, then you will not be able to SSH your machine with the same. You can access you machine with FTP client.

If you are not able to FTP as well please check if Pure-FTPD service is up and running. Restart it if it is already running and check again.

If this does not work open a support ticket at support@webuzo.com along with your root details and we will check the issue.

You see i told you i don't know much,  Okay now  i will move on to  the payment section and then i will be back.
