Hi butlimou,
for the cron issue you need help from Webuzo.

If no reply is made from some one of the Webuzo Team here, tomorrow you can request support by opening a ticket https://www.softaculous.com/support/

About www folder, can be removed only from SSH from the root user BUT there are also a www foder created by webuzo so be crefull to not remove that directory if you are not sure. All website can be stopped to works. Maybe wait Webuzo Staff Member Support
