Same problem with me,

Two days ago i have moved all softaculous folder /var/softaculous to /home/softaculous
Because my /var is out of space

For softaculous path is same /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous
but Script path changed to /home/softaculous

Now i can't open by clicking softaculous from WHM root also CPanel

Bellow the error display page.

Not Found
The server was not able to find the document (./cgi/softaculous/index.php) you requested.
Please check the url and try again. You might also want to report this
error to your web hosting provider.
How do i fix this problem?
