Hi Marco,

This is not a bug in Webuzo. The OsTicket wiki on upgrade can be found here:
http://osticket.com/wiki/Upgrade_and_migration#Upgrade

As per the wiki, we need to replace all the files with the new files except for the ost-config.php file.

Hence the Webuzo does the same as mentioned in their wiki. If you've customized your osTicket installation, you will need to port the changes to the new version following a successful upgrade manually.
