 Premium Licence Changed to Free, Softaculous License (2 Replies, Read 3237 times)

Hello,

Yesterday my Premium License at my own server was changed to FREE license.
I don't know why this happen, because nothing have change with the server.
My Server IP : 117.103.58.162

I have paid it for 3 month from buycpanel and suddenly the license became to free. Buycpanel technical was contact softaculous but it more 9 hour I don't get any report regarding this. Try to refresh license, but it still Free license.

Please help me, what must to do now? I also contact to support@softaculous.com but not answered yet.

Everything is okay now, after the NOC change my license key
