You can choose to do two things:

1 Try to start a chat with me by following my forum signature so you can send your exim file via live chat so I can check it and we try to see if we can fix the issue

2 if we are unable to fix or you decide to not start a chat you need open a ticket to Webuzo team with your server SSH etc access and they will look into your issue
- the resolution can take some time is not immediate so you can wait 24 hours. https://www.softaculous.com/support/
