Hello,
For some unknown reason Softaculous is loading extreme slow in cPanel (users account). Re-installing it didn't solve the problem. 
Is there a workaround for this?

Hi,

Can you contact the support department with all details possible ?
Did you do a recent change to your server ?

why don't you guys put a support or contact us tab on the navigation on your homepage. wouldn't that make sense?

A new website is in the making and it will feature a HelpDesk.
At the moment the support email address is there on each page in the Footers.

not everybody knows your website like you do. Maybe the new site will have contact form so you don't have to answer the same question again, and again and again and people won't have to ask over and over again.

I am having this same problem.  Did anyone find out how to fix this?  If so I wish they would post it here so I can find it without contacting support again.

We have added the "Contact Us" link in the header as well sir.

I received your email. Thanks.  As I mentioned in another thread I am a bit cautious about giving out root passwords.  Your script was pre-installed on a new server and I have not previously heard of your company.  Since I last posted I have tried installing your script on another server that is set up in the same manner and it does not have the slow loading problem. 

My suggestion in this post was to say that since there have been previous posts of this problem I would think that if you have found a solution you would post it on the board for anyone with the same problem to see.  Maybe it's not a simple solution.....

Hi,

We havent found the root cause yet.
We have got tickets from 3 servers having the problem of slow loading out of 5200 active servers. So it seems its not a Softaculous problem.

We have noticed that it is happeing on a current build of cPanel 11.25.0-C46156. But our own servers (2 test servers) with the build cPanel 11.25.0-C46156 are not having the slow loading issue at all. We are trying to note down the differences on these servers as well.

If there is a problem with Softaculous, we will update it ASAP so that no user faces the problem sir. All stable and EDGE versions are working absolutely fine.

It could be because of a buggy installation of cPanel as well.

Hi,

We also having the same problem. It takes more than 2 minutes to open Softculous. But when we browse around, there is no problem at all in the cPanel page.

My WHM and cPanel version: WHM 11.26.20

It seems like very serious already!

Hi,

It is due to a wrong permission of your Perl Modules :
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/i686-linux/auto

It should be 0755
