Ran this command:
/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php

And it came back with this report:

AH00548: NameVirtualHost has no effect and will be removed in the next release /etc/apache2/conf/httpd.conf:813
