Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5859 Status:	Hi, It seems you might have changed the database login details of your database and they were not updated in Softaculous records. You can use the following guide to update the database details on the edit installation form. Here is the guide for the same : http://www.softaculous.com/docs/How_to_edit_an_installation Once the details are updated in Softaculous records the auto backups should work fine.
