Hi,

This generally happens when Softaculous path is not allowed to be accessed by the user in CageFS.

Can you please check if the following path :
Code
/usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/


exists in the file
Code
/etc/cagefs/cagefs.mp


If it does not exist please add it.

Then execute the following command as root :
Code
root#cagefsctl --remount-all


This should resolve your issue.
