Hi all,

I'm just trying out sitepad, it looks great so far!

the only show stopper at the minute is when I use a custom url, everything works great, but as my main site uses SSL as does the sitepad server there is a certificate chain error:

There are issues with the site's certificate chain (net::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID).

is there a way around this?

Cheers,

Dave

Hi,

To do this we will need to install SSL certificate on our server.

Please open a support ticket with us so that we can install SSL certificate.

Your SSL certificate likely doesn't match your custom URL.

Fix:
1) Ensure the SSL certificate covers your custom domain.
2) If using a proxy, configure it to pass the correct SSL.
3) Check for mixed content (HTTP elements on an HTTPS site).
4) Try reissuing the certificate with the correct domain or a wildcard SSL.

To understand in detail how to solve the error, you can refer at CheapSSLWEB.com.
