still no joy, nothing from support, sent the same email to support and watched it go through the email servers and was accepted by their email server, sill has the old ip, hope this can get resolved soon....

this is starting to look bad, got mail from support this morning that ip had been change on license, and to install software on that server now, i installed software and now i have two license for the same ip and the install on server shows the free one, what a mess, why can't they just allow us to change the ip for the installed software... or make the move to another server less painful, i have a business to run and time to play with this kinda of headache was not figured in....
