Postgresql Database, psql refuses to start. (1 Replies, Read 9761 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	Installed Postgresql through the control panel but it will not start, either automatically or throught the Services panel. Just get an error. Any suggestions? I can start and access the database from the command line. OS: Ubuntu 16.10 with Webuzo Postgresql: 9.6.1
