Hi,
you can create a friendly domain name for access to the panel: for example panel.domain.ext than you can generate let's encrypt and check the box for use for the panel.

You should be able to access the panel at panel.domain.ext:2003
Certificate (let's encrypt) cannot be released for the IP.
