Where is support? I just signed up and left $50 deposit and your support is dead. I gave you root login to the server to rectify the error and you have not responded in 2 days now.
One of the techs had tried to login.
The Server is not allowing us to login.
Did you add the IP we sent you to the white list.
Also the additional users password is rejected by the server.
Your support ticket has been responded to.
After trying to login, the support tech forgot to reply.
I apologise on his behalf.
