Use above selected files/folders for Backup

Hi, thanks for replying.
Since it's very important to set up the settings correctly in case of the need for backup, I've tried to understand the help pop-ups in the interface and your answer.

Is this then correctly understood ;)

"Select additional files/folders": This is for associating additional files/folders to the backup. What ever is selected here will be backed up if...

"Use above selected files/folders for Backup":

YES - the selected files/folders will be backed up (default no sub-domains) and included in cloning and staging processes.

NO - the selected files/folders will NOT be backed up  (default no sub-domains).
BUT, the selected files/folders will then only be included in cloning and staging processes.
In other words, you should only select files/folders if you want them either to be in your future backups/clones/stages or in your clones/stages.

I wonder if above description is right?
