Node offline yet vps online after reboot

The node does not really be offline, instead it is only showing offline. This can be  caused by firewall issue between master/slave or not following the instructions (not opening the proper ports on both , master and slave)
according to your screenshot, I do not see anything unusual. You just need to find out, why master can´t reach slave.´ and check ports.
