 WordPress Site Discovery Issue, Discovery Finds site but can't manager it (1 Replies, Read 9052 times)

HelloI have recently moved from one server (shared) which was using installatron  to another (own dedicated) now using Softaculous and although the site works without issues the Softaculous Discovery shows this error message below---------------------------------------------------------------------------------The system found a new WordPress site, “/home/myownsite/public_html/wp-config.php”, but could not make it manageable because of the following error: The batch response did not contain the Administrator Information. at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/WordPress/YamlBuilder.pm line 305.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Where  the path in the old was /home/mysite/public_html  it is now just /public_html.
Can anyone help with identifing this issue please.

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in response.

The above error message is not from Softaculous. From the error message it seems it is from cPanel WordPress manager.

You will need to contact cPanel for this error message.
