Hi,

Can you please provide screenshot of disk management from the Windows vps ?

To be honest with you, we are thinking about giving up Virtualizor. We have been using Virtualizor for 3 years and at the beginning your support was very effective, I remember as if it were today that you (Jevin) helped me to install my first server by AnyDesk. Today, about 3 years later (including with Kaushal's departure from the team) the assessment I can make is this: Virtualizor's support is horrible! (Forgive me for being true).

Do you have many customers to serve? Hire new team members. Simple! My company has 20 unlimited licenses. How much does this generate for you in revenue? U$ 180.00 (excluding the SitePad and Softaculous licenses we use).

We are seriously considering migrating the entire platform to VMWare just to avoid having to spend our money on support that takes 6 days to respond to us, either here or by ticket. I understand that you can have many customers, but not even with 20 active licenses can we get DESERVED attention at times when we need it most? Solve a bug, another one appears ... Nobody answers by skype, nobody answers by chat, nobody answers by ticket. What do I, as a CLIENT, have to do? Wait 5 days! This is ridiculous. I don't intend to count on Virtualizor's support anymore and I really don't recommend it to anyone.

I am speaking as a customer dissatisfied with support. The system is functional and good, but you need to adjust your support. Neither cPanel nor OVH takes so long to answer a ticket.
