I found the VNC password here: /var/virtualizor/kvm-conf/v1001.xml and I was able to access the VPS with TightVNC client.
Than I noticed that Virtualizor was not able to set the IP address of the VPS. It was trying to allocate it through DHCP. I set the IP address manually in the VPS and after that I was able to access the VPS.
I forgot to mention that I moved the server behind a NAT.
There are few unanswered. I opened a ticket.
