We have contacted the Cloudflare team and they don't allow our Webuzo ports, hecne we are removing the auto redirecting with domain on secure port 2003 , if you are using Cloudflare then you will need to access the panel using ip on port 2002.
For email issue, you will need to configure the email setting in cloudflare , Do not proxy mail-related DNS records to Cloudflare.
Webuzo should not cause any issue with email , there migh be some configuration from clodflare , you can contact cloudflare team for the email config.
Instead of remove a security option to access the panel in secure way you can maybe simply have a guide with a fix or option during install.
