Hi, thank you for the notification.
Today was very stresfull as for previous day.You told me different time I can upgrade and I was having strong issues with database and server broken.
Today again I spent morning and afternoon with your Webuzo support and found more than one issue.
My website has been down for many hours due to Mysql upgrade issue and also issues on Webuzo, passowrd manager, etc.
Before release an update and say to user is possibile migrate from Mysql 5.6 to Mysql 5.7 please test in your servers.
Now your team has upgraded Mysql to 5.7 but if I need to import this database in a new Webuzo server I will be not able because of issues installing Mysql 5.7
If mysql 5.6 is removed from Webuzo user has to rename a folder in SFTP before be able to install mysql 5.7 and also after installed Mysql 5.7 sucessfully many issues with password manager, phpmyadmin, etc.
Was also unable to import database in Mysql 5.7 also if I followed your instructions.
Me and you loosed a lot of time about this issue and my server was used as test server... this is the impression I have. Why you did not test everything on your side before release and alert about the update?
You should know soon, in febrary Mysql 5.6 will be deprecated, already today some app did not work with Mysql 5.6 because is old but still be the default used by Webuzo.

Im wrong, the default mysql used in Webuzo is Mysql 5.5 that has been deprecated December 31, 2018
User can install without too many issues Mysql 5.6 who is old and will soon be deprecated as well.
Very hard to install Mysql 5.7 without getting errors on phpmyadmin, importing database, password change, etc.
I know now, after a day with Webuzo support that worked on my webserver broken with websites down, will be released fixes but mine server is not a test server so hope in future this will be not happen anymore.
You should / must upgrade software before the end of life come in some month.
The same issue is for openssl 1.1 today not yet released by Webuzo on Centos 8 and the current OpenSSL 1.0 is deprecated , end of life since Jenuary 2020, almost a year.
