Does your team offer a service where your customers advise the setup required and you can be commissioned to help us with that setup for a fee? The pain points we will be dealing with is how to properly setup a scalable service where all the VPSes we add to the servers can have their HDD's increased as required. The idea is to set all VPS on 10GB and plug in a few servers for space to be used when a customer demands more space. The other things we will require is what steps to perform to restore a VPS that is broken or won't come back up .. and the ability for our team to restore from a working snapshot. If documentation is available for this, great... but having a point of contact with your team regarding these issues would be preferable (and not on the public forum) so if you can point me in a direction for this type of contact or communication with your services, would be great to know before we get this going. Basically we're looking for some guidance (in the beginning) and a point of contact on those "my VPS is down" moments that we may face but need to have a "plan b" to serve the customer in the most professional way possible.
