 Failed logins, Constant fraudulent access attempts (1 Replies, Read 1577 times)

Several times a week I receive emails about failed login attempts to my WordPress account. Other than knowing that this is occurring, what can be done about it? I have no idea who would be trying to log in my account so often from so many different IP addresses. This has been going on for months.

Hi,

You can install Loginizer plugin in your WordPress installation :
https://wordpress.org/plugins/loginizer/

This will enable brute force protection by default and you will see the number of failed login attempts to your site will decrease.

Loginizer also has a premium version of the plugin which includes reCAPTCHA and Two Factor Authentication which will make your logins more secure :
