i tried to reset VPS and reinstall Webuzo

I saw that in the file /var/webuzo/my.conf there was a pass

i tried to change pass in /var/webuzo/my.conf file
but the problem always remains
unable to create databases or database users

what to do ?
tell me why I have to operate on other VPS for similar problem
