Can ping but can not SSH the VPS

Can ping but can not SSH the VPS, Ping is working but SSH is not (6 Replies, Read 29776 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 4 Status:	Hi, I'm new in Virtualizor ... I have my LAN with local IPs connected to Firewall. The Firewall is assigning Public IPs to the Local IPs. SO The virtualizor server (HOST) : I can ping and SSH from inside the LAN using the local IP , also from out of the LAN using the Public IP which is assigned by the Firewall The VPS server which I created by the Virtualizor : I can ping from inside using the local IP. I can ping from outside the LAN using the public IP I can SSH from inside But I can not SSH from outside using the public IP which is assigned by the Firewall. Why ping is working but SSH is not ? ---------- I asked the support they said : Hi, That does to seems to be an issue due to Virtualizor. We might not be able to help you much with such setup. You may need to check about it further from your end since server is able to reach the VPS
