The stock "out-of-the-box reply" does NOT help those of us who are searching for answers to questions others have often already asked.
Support has dropped the ball right there over and again, and so far on every question I have had that brought me to this forum.
In most support forums that have public access, if a solution has been found to a problem, all are encouraged to share the solution so the rest of us having same or similar issues can benefit.
This issue seems to be ongoing since the package release date is very recent.
