Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5804 Status:	Hi, The original zip file of GLPI includes the .htaccess file in their package hence when Softaculous unzips that package it overwrites the file. If you upgrade manually you will still need to re-apply the changes.
