If your `/var/virtualizor/log/novnc` log file is empty or not populated, it may be because the log is disabled or misconfigured. Fix it with the following steps:
- Check Virtualizor's noVNC Service Configuration
- Set Appropriate Permissions
- Manually Redirect noVNC Output
- Enable debug mode in Virtualizor
- Restart noVNC or Virtualizor
